Does research say anything about acknowledging feelings & the body's intelligence?

If we solely adress our minds, we bypass our emotions, bodies, nervous systems & deeper intelligence. Suppressed anger & lack of boundaries are shown to increase risks for illness. Emerging studies shows we're not only increasing risks for e.g. burnout, stress but also weaker immune systems & autoimmune diseases (more studies are still needed but its exciting to follow the progression)
