In 2013 I lived 3 months in a Zen monastery in India. I revisit the nun life yearly.
The NVC India Convention in Kerala 2014, blew my mind, heart & soul.
NVC is more than tools. It's a spiritual path I devote myself to. I will always learn & grow in its potent field. Hoping to spread it to those open to it. Immersed in Somatic modalities since travels in Central & South America
